The armor ladder received a full balance pass. Shop gear, crafted pieces, recipe materials and enemy combat values now follow the same progression shape through the upper tiers.

The result is a more legible upgrade path: the gear you can buy or craft at a rank better matches the fights that rank asks you to take on.
