1. What Premium Currency Is
Embers are Soulbring’s premium currency, usable for the features and costs shown in the game. Paid bundles use Xsolla checkout. Earned game currency is separate from this premium wallet.
2. In-Game Use & Final Terms
Embers provide in-game feature access. Owner review must confirm the final licence, transfer and account-closure terms. This draft makes no determination that a player has no property or statutory rights in a purchased balance.
3. Cash Withdrawal & Refunds
Soulbring does not offer Ember cash withdrawal. This describes the game’s behavior, not a legal classification of stored value, money or property. Refund rights follow the applicable checkout policy and consumer law.
4. Purchases & Pricing
Xsolla checkout shows the available bundle, price, currency, taxes and payment method before payment. The receipt identifies the transaction seller. See Refund Policy for transaction assistance.
5. Expiry & Forfeiture
Owner decision required: whether purchased Embers expire and how unused balances are treated on closure, suspension or discontinuation. No expiry duration or automatic forfeiture rule is adopted by this draft.
6. Randomized Mechanics & Odds
A paid randomized feature must have approved design, actual probabilities and applicable legal/provider disclosures before activation. The planned paid rarity-tier reroll remains disabled; the draft table below supplies no final probabilities (Ref #492).
7. Changes & Discontinuation
Owner review must establish notice, refunds and remaining-balance treatment if a paid feature or the service changes or ends. This draft grants no unrestricted right to erase purchased balances.
