Draft: pending legal review, not final. Edeniso LLC is the operator. This draft is prepared for owner review using public primary sources; unresolved business facts and policy decisions remain identified below. It is not a final agreement or a claim of IP clearance.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Edeniso LLC, registered in Arizona (Pima County), operates Soulbring and its game accounts. This is a proposed draft, not an effective agreement. Owner review must confirm the effective date and how final terms are presented and accepted before purchases are opened.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
Soulbring’s approved minimum account age is 18. Accounts are intended for people aged 18 or older. The intended launch markets are the United States, Mexico, Canada, the European Union and European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Clerk handles sign-in. Eligibility checks, handling of discovered underage accounts and any account-sharing restrictions remain for review. This draft does not claim that age or country checks are already implemented or that purchases are available in these markets.
3. Licence to Play
Proposed for owner review: personal access to the Soulbring browser game under its published rules. The game is a service whose features may change. This draft does not establish ownership of third-party material or grant rights the operator does not hold.
4. Acceptable Use & Player Conduct
Owner review must finalize player-conduct rules and the warning, suspension and appeal process. Do not treat this draft as an adopted account-enforcement policy.
5. Virtual Items & Premium Currency
Embers are premium currency used for Soulbring features. Purchase prices and feature costs are shown before confirmation. The game does not offer Ember cash withdrawal. See Virtual Currency Terms and Refund Policy; statutory consumer rights are preserved.
6. Payments & Billing
Paid purchases use Xsolla checkout. The checkout and receipt identify the applicable Xsolla seller and transaction terms, including price, taxes and payment method. These game-account terms are separate from that transaction contract. Stopping Supporter renewal stops future renewal billing while existing paid access continues through its paid period; it does not itself request a refund.
7. Termination & Suspension
Owner review must specify suspension, account closure, appeals and the treatment of remaining purchased balances and access. No automatic forfeiture or account-deletion process is established by this draft.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Availability and liability language remain for owner review against the actual launch countries. This draft does not waive mandatory consumer rights or set an unapproved liability cap.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Edeniso LLC is registered in Arizona (Pima County). Dispute-resolution terms still need review for the intended launch markets. Company registration does not itself choose the law governing player contracts. This draft imposes no arbitration, class-action waiver or governing-law choice.
10. Changes to These Terms
Owner review must confirm notice and acceptance of material policy changes. No notice period or change mechanism is promised by this draft.
