1. Overview
TODO (counsel): High-level refund stance for digital goods and premium currency. This draft describes the intended process; binding terms and statutory rights (e.g. EU/UK withdrawal rights) are for counsel.
2. Who Processes Refunds
TODO (counsel): Purchases are sold through our Merchant of Record (Xsolla). Refund requests are handled through the MoR's flow and are subject to both this policy and the MoR's terms.
3. Eligibility
TODO (counsel): When a purchase is eligible for refund (e.g. accidental purchase, undelivered items) and the window in which a request must be made. Note statutory consumer-protection carve-outs.
4. Consumed Virtual Currency & Items
TODO (counsel): Premium currency or items already spent/consumed are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Cross-reference the Virtual Currency Terms and the randomized-mechanics odds disclosure.
5. How to Request a Refund
TODO (owner): Step-by-step request process placeholder: where to submit a request, what information is needed (order ID, account), and expected acknowledgement time.
6. Processing Time & Chargebacks
TODO (counsel): Expected processing time, method of refund (original payment method via MoR), and the consequences of chargebacks (e.g. account suspension pending review).
7. Contact
TODO (owner): Refund/billing support contact. Placeholder until finalized.
